General Terms and Conditions

§1 Contract

The guest and the hotel have a contract from the time that a room has been reserved and the reservation has been confirmed by the Hotel Neotel.

§2 Arrival and Departure

If not agreed otherwise, it is not possible to move into a room before 3 pm on the day of arrival. The check-out needs to take place before 11 am on the day of departure. In case a guest wishes to check out after 11 am, we would ask that the reception is notified by 10 pm at the latest one day prior to departure. Guests with rooms reserved, need to move into theier room at the latest by 6 pm on the day of arrival. If this has not been the case, the hotel can rent out the room to other guests, provided that the guest, who has reserved the room, has not indicated a late arrival beforehand.

§3 Services and Rates

AThe rates indicated by the Hotel Neotel are all-inclusive rates, i.e. including service charge and VAT. If the VAT rate changes after the contract between guest and hotel has been made, the service rat adjusts accordingly. If foreign currencies are indicated, they are valid on the basis of the currency exchange rate of the day, Upon reservation, the Hotel Neotel can request a payment in advance, accounting for half of the amount of service to be delivered. Bills without a specific payment date indicated are to be pais within 10 days from the issuing date without any discount. Default of payment begins on receipt of the first reminder.

§4 Withdrawal, cancellation and inability to come

A refund of already paid but not enlisted services is not possible. If a guest does not make usw of the reserved hotel room, the Hotel Neotel may charge the agreed-upon rate, regardless of the reason of the guest's inability to make use of the room. If the unused room is rented out to someone else, the obligation of the previous guest (who reserved the room and was unable to come) to pay for it, reduces by the income through the re-rental of the room for the specific period of time.
Upon contracting a room, the following deadlines for cancellations and cancellation fees will be effective:

a) Individual travellers (up to 5 rooms):

  • A non-guaranteed reservation will automatically expire at 18:00 clock on the arrival day.
  • A guaranteed reservation can be canceled until 12:00 clock on the arrival day, later cancellation will be 80% charged.

b) Groups (more than 6 rooms):

  • The cancellation conditions rely on each individual group contract.

c) Meeting / Events:

  • The cancellation conditions rely on each individual contract.

§5 Wake-up services, mail, lost property

The Hotel Neotel undertakes to carry out wake-up calls most carefully.
Messages, mail and parcels, which are addressed to the guest, will be treated most carefully and according to regulation of privacy of post. The hotel will store and, if requested by charging a fee, forward belated mails.
Left-behind objects, which belong to the guest, will be forwarded only upon request and ar the guest's own risk and cost. The Hotel Neotel will store the property of guests conscientiously during sic months and will charge a reasonable fee if the property is asked back. After that, objects will be handed over to the local lost property office, provided that it has a discernible value.

§6 Court of jurisdiction

Court of jurisdiction for any lawsuit is Stuttgart, Germany.
